A Sad Thanksgiving
My brother-in-law passed away yesterday. We knew it would happen soon, but were hoping it wouldn’t be on Thanksgiving. I guess we should be thankful that he’s not suffering anymore.
Pumpkin is pretty sick, still has bronchitis. So Hubby stayed home with her while I worked Wednesday and Thursday, and I’ve been home with her most of the rest of the time. That means that I haven’t gotten to see the family at all. I hate not to be there for them, but I’ve gotta get my baby girl better. It seems like she has been sick for months. Actually she has been sick most of the time for about two months.
So it has been a rough holiday. I hope Christmas isn’t this awful.
