I give my 23month old a package of Emergen-C every morning.. its loaded with vitamins and vitamin C 1,000 mg there are different ones that you can chose. It really helps keep his immune system up and ours as well… we all drink it!.. you can find it at walmart for about $8 for a pack of 25 I think.
